Strengthening the soul is not a simple mission: it requires a grain of truth and a lot of personal atmosphere and experience. Grand Trianon
Red wine made by selecting the best grape varieties, with a dose of intense black color, leaves a mark on the glass. Light, with balanced acids, goes well with the choice of dishes that are in Zabar in August.

St. Michael Eppan
Pinot Grigio 2017
Vibrant, edgy Pinot Grigio. Very pale straw colour. Nose of honey, white- currant and chalk. As it warms slightly there is a hint of white fowers and banana. On the palate a dry, spicy wine. Top notes of white-currant, gooseberry, pepper and ginger.

Planeta
Santa Cecilia 2009
Santa Cecilia is our highlight from the most important Sicilian grape variety, Nero d’Avola. Our long research into finding the best place to produce a great wine from this grape brought us to Noto, where the DOC Noto insists that the variety originates, at the southern extremity of Sicily.
